Our favourite pizza place had an issue with their primary mixer and got Lloyd to take a look at it. Turns out the bearing was shot, the grease needed replacing completely, and the mixer needed a little TLC. Since there haven’t been too many Thunderbird mixers through the shop… it needed a good teardown to get a look at how it worked.
