A local dealer brought us a Dodge Ram to add the stereo antenna to. Lloyd popped open the dash to add and found a complete mess from a previous installation. This happens sometimes and the wires need cleaning up to improve the safety and reliability. In this case that was using a proper join, soldering, and some heat shrink.
